Delivery time for skeletons, skulls, bones, and other Halloween props from SkeletonStore.com will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the ordered items. Orders are processed every business day and most orders will ship via Federal Express. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard ground shipping. Also, because we ship via Federal Express we cannot ship to PO boxes so please provide a physical address. Most orders utilizing standard shipping arrive on time, however please allow an extra few days for large quantity orders to arrive.

Rush Shipping:
ALL OVERNIGHT AND 3-DAY SHIPPING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 10:30AM CST TO SHIP THE SAME BUSINESS DAY. Express delivery does not include weekends. After 10:30am, orders will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your order ships. Overnight orders will be delivered the business day following the ship day. Overnight shipping is delivered by the end of the business day. 3-day orders will be delivered 3-days after the order is shipped (i.e. if your order is placed before 10:30am CST Monday it will be delivered by the end of the business day Thursday).

Returns:
4TH QUALITY MODELS ARE SOLD AS IS AND MAY BE IMPERFECT, DISCOLORED, UNFINISHED, OR HAVE MISSING HARDWARE. ALL SALES OF 4TH QUALITY GOODS ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
