We accept Purchase Orders from all our approved accounts. We must receive a purchase order via email to or fax to 1-847-859-5011 in order to process the order. The purchase order must be signed by (or sent by) an authorized member of your organization and include the following: PO number, shipping address, billing address, contact phone number, contact email address or fax number, product name, SKU, quantities, tax exempt number if applicable, and any special instructions. All Purchase Orders are billed Net 30 from the order date. Shipping is prepaid and included in the invoice.
