Shipping Delivery Information

SkeletonStore.com offers next day, 3-day, and standard ground shipping. Delivery time for skeletons, skulls, bones, and other Halloween props from SkeletonStore.com will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the ordered items. Some items are custom made or made-to-order and  may take additional time to ship out - such products will have a note in the product description.  Orders are processed every business day and most orders will ship via Federal Express. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard ground shipping. Also, because we ship via Federal Express we cannot ship to PO boxes so please provide a physical address. Most orders utilizing standard shipping arrive on time, however please allow an extra few days for large quantity orders to arrive.

Rush Shipping:
ALL OVERNIGHT AND 3-DAY SHIPPING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 10:30AM CST TO SHIP THE SAME BUSINESS DAY. Express delivery does not include weekends. After 10:30am, RUSH orders will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your order ships. Overnight orders will be delivered the business day following the ship day. Overnight shipping is delivered by the end of the business day. 3-day orders will be delivered 3-days after the order is shipped (i.e. if your order is placed before 10:30am CST Monday it will be delivered by the end of the business day Thursday).

International Orders:
International rates are automatically pulled up when you select Standard-International (replace with enter an international shipping address) as the shipping method in the shopping cart checkout. International shipping usually takes between 7 to 14 days depending on the destination and clearance time in customs. Any taxes, customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. For large orders, please use our Request For Quote form and indicate the destination and delivery expectations such as delivery time in the comments field.

Backorders:
A Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. However, if we cannot ship your order we will notify you via email of any delays and give a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment.

Returns:
4TH QUALITY MODELS ARE SOLD AS IS AND MAY BE IMPERFECT, DISCOLORED, UNFINISHED, OR HAVE MISSING HARDWARE. ALL SALES OF 4TH QUALITY GOODS ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

We gladly accept returns of all item other than 4th quality models with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item
Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Send an email to with your invoice number and reason for return, and we will email your RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping instructions. All returns will be charged a 10% of returned item price restocking fee. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully and reply to the Return Instructions email with the tracking number associated with your return package.  Note:  SkeletonStore.com is not responsible for lost return packages, so it is very important to send returns back in a traceable manner.  Lastly, to expedite the return process, it is highly recommended that you provide us with the return tracking number via email.

If you have received a product that is defective, please email with your invoice number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
